摘要
为促进医院健康发展,做好科研教学工作的"顶层设计",常州三院从"十一五"至今,从营造医院文化入手,以制度建设为核心,在人才队伍培养、专项管理、协作交流等方面的内部运行机制进行探索,经过十余年的努力,医院人员学历结构与职称结构趋于合理,论文发表和科研立项取得长足进步,举办继续教育项目的能力逐步提高,科技成果和对外交流等工作取得一定进步,为医院实现"科教兴院"打下坚实基础。
