摘要
随着医学科学技术的进步,新理论、新技术不断涌现,如何规范医疗行为、保证医疗质量和患者安全成为当今医学院校和医疗机构值得深思的课题。虽然各级卫生行政部门和医疗机构均出台相应的医疗行为规范,但各项规范纷繁复杂、不成系统,造成医务人员对其掌握程度深浅不一。应以培训为出发点,探索新方法,形成一套科学、完整的医疗行为规范体系,从根本上提升医师医疗行为规范水平。
With the rapid development of medical science and the continually emergent new theories and new technologies, how to regulate medical practices, to ensure medical quality and patients＇ safety has become a subject worth pondering for today＇s medical schools and medical institutions. Although the correspondent medical rules of conduct have been enacted by the health administrative departments at all levers and medical institutions, these rules of conduct are numerous, complex and unsystematic which causes the medical staffs＇ various understanding of these rules. What＇s essential is to explore the potential of medical training, and base on which, we should try to form a scientific and complete system of medical rules of conduct. As a result, the medical conduct levels can be fundamentally improved.
