摘要
文章通过对我国医疗卫生服务的现状分析,指出了我国医疗服务领域公私合作在政府管理体制、绩效评估制度、公共利益与私人利益关系上面临的诸多挑战。同时通过对精准医疗的定性研究,结合精准医疗的发展为医疗服务公私合作带来的机遇,以精准医疗这一新医学趋势作为切入点从公共部门、私人部门、医疗机构以及患者四个维度构建医疗服务公私合作新模式。进一步提出完善政府管理体制,改善精准医疗外部环境;紧跟医学时代潮流,抓住精准医疗发展机遇;加强机构软硬件建设,提高精准医疗发展水平;秉持积极主动态度,增强对精准医疗的认识等对策。
Based on the analysis of the present situation of medical and health services in China, this paper points out the challenges faced by public-private cooperation in the field of medical services in China in terms of government management system, performance evaluation system, and the relationship between public and private interests. Through the qualitative study of precision medical treatment, combined with the opportunities brought by the development of precision medical treatment for public-private cooperation in medical services, the new medical trend of precision medical treatment is taken as the starting point from Four dimensions of the public sector ,the private sector,medical institutions and patients to construct a new public-private partnership model of medical services. It is further put forward to perfect the government management system and improve the external environment of accurate medical treatment, and to keep up with the trend of the medical age and grasp the accurate medicine. The opportunity of therapeutic development, strengthening the construction of software and hardware, improving the development level of accurate medical treatment, taking a positive and active attitude, strengthening the understanding of accurate medical treatment and other countermeasures.
