摘要
参考咨询是图书馆的一项中心任务。从读者应用需求的角度分析了对图书馆参考咨询服务的现状及其存在的问题,并从便利性与时效性出发提出了参考咨询服务应注意的问题。
Reference service is one of the key tasks in library.The current situation of reference service in library and its problems were analyzed from the need of readers, and the problems to which attention should be paid were pointed out from its convenience and time-effectiveness .
