摘要
目的:探讨独立学院医学生主观幸福感和学校归属感之间的关系,旨在为独立院校医学生管理和教育工作以及学生心理健康教育提供理论和实证依据。方法:采用主观幸福感问卷和学校归属感问卷对746名学生进行调查。结果:(1)独立学院医学生的主观幸福感水平显著高于其母体学校学生(t=4.30,P<0.01),学校归属感显著低于其母体学校学生(t=-3.95,P<0.01);(2)独立学院医学生学校归属感对主观幸福感的预测模型能够解释其25.1%的变异量。结论:学校归属感是影响独立学院医学生主观幸福感的重要因素之一。独立学院在教育和管理中应注重培养学生的学校归属感,使其体验到更多的正性情感,有较强的主观幸福感。
Objective To study the relationship between the sense of belonging and subject well-being of students in the inde- pendent medical colleges, and provide references for management and health education on students. Methods 746 cases of students were surveyed with questionnaires of sense of belonging and subject well'being. Results The medical students in independent colle- ges had better subject well-being than those in their maternal college ( P 〈 0.01 ). But they had worse sense of belonging to their colleges ,which can influence their subject well-being. Conclusion Students' sense of belonging was one of the important factors to influence their subject well-being, which needs to be cultivated in management and education on students.
