摘要
社会服务是经济社会变迁中呈现出的新的劳动形态,包括公共服务、社会公益服务和有偿私人服务。有偿私人服务,指个人和企业以获取经济利益为目的向私人、市场组织输出的服务,分为消费性服务和生产性服务。市场演进,形式上指的是从"小市场"到"大市场"的扩展,实质是劳动自由的不断扩展。市场不是作为一个静止不变的"常数"作用于有偿私人服务发展,而是作为"自发秩序",其臻备过程为有偿私人服务发展提供充分可能,并且提供必要条件。
With the economic and social change,social services appear as a new form of labor,which including public political service,marketization service and social welfare service.Marketization service occurs in the private sector,refers to individuals and businesses in order to get profits for the purpose and provide or pay a labor process.Market economy and the continuous technological progress are the important premise and the foundation of the development of the market service.The market is not as a static “constant”impacting the development of social services,but as the “spontaneous order”,its development inherently contains the development of social services and provides the conditions for the development of private sector.
