摘要
近年来,我国在煤矿安全生产方面的发展趋势相对比较稳定,但是由于煤矿现场不同程度地存在安全监督管理的漏洞,安全觉悟不高,安全措施落实不到位,甚至有矿工违章操作现象,往往是事故发生的根本原因。因此,煤矿要进行安全生产,重要的就是要对在岗职工进行职业安全教育、加强整治力度、创新监督管理模式等。本文通过对煤矿生产中存在的诸多问题进行了多方面的研究和讨论,并提出一系列解决煤矿安全生产监督和管理方面的有效措施,对于以后煤矿安全监管和事故预防方面起到重要积极的意义。
