摘要
分析了煤矿安全生产的严峻形势,指出了我国煤矿安全管理中存在的诸多问题,强调了安全管理的重要性。从开滦集团的管理经验出发,在提高认识、转变观念、落实责任、强化措施等多个方面,做了充分论述,提出了合理的管理对策。
