摘要
为了更好认识调速器主配压阀在实际使用中出现的问题,以国内某大型水电站一次主配压阀阀套限位螺栓断裂事故为例,分析了主配阀芯卡阻继而拉断限位螺栓的事故起因、过程及后续处理措施。根据现场设备受损情况和设备运行环境,分析判断事故原因,并提出了预后措施。
A case study is presented on a main distributing valve fault of the governor system in a large generator unit which is caused by the fracture of the limiting bolt for valve jacket.Based on the field investigation of the device and the operation environment, causes and development process of the fault are analyzed.Some treatment measures are then pro-posed.
