摘要 二滩水电站水轮机调速器系统改造过程中,新系统控制器采用双套冗余的施耐德M580系列PLC,设置了大网、小网、孤网运行方式以及功率反馈、开度反馈和频率反馈调节,配置了可靠的导叶信号、功率信号、频率信号“三选二”控制策略,机调柜内新增掉电自关闭装置,接力器主油路上新增事故配压阀机构,同时还设置独立的转速装置柜,为其他自动化设备提供转速信号。新调速器系统功能设计合理,能够充分满足各方需求,在性能上得到极大提升。 The renovation of the hydro-turbine governor system in Ertan Hydropower Station is introduced.The new system controller adopts double sets of redundant Schneider M580 series PLC.The operation modes of large network,small network and isolated network,as well as the power feedback,opening feedback and frequency feedback regulations are provided.A reliable“two out of three”control strategy for the guide vane signal,power signal and frequency signal is configured.A power-off automatic closing device is added in the unit regulating cabinet.An emergency pressure distribution valve mechanism is added in the main oil circuit of the servomotor.Also,an independent speed device cabinet is added to provide speed signals to other automatic equipment.The function design of the new governor system is rational,which can fully satisfy the requirements of all parties and greatly improve its performance.
