摘要
调速器是水电厂中重要设备,调速器油泵的频繁启动给电厂安全生产带来了一定压力。通过对调速器油泵频繁启动的原因进行分析,总结提出了相应的处理方法:调整主配零位;加强油质过滤净化;及时更换接力器密封;设置合理油气比例;设置合理的副环参数等等,成功应用于阿海水电站运维,保障机组的安全稳定运行。
Governor is an important equipment in hydropower plant.Frequent start-up of oil pump of governor brings pressure to safety in production of power plant.Through the analysis of reasons for frequent start-up of governor oil pump,this paper summarizes and proposes corresponding treatment methods.It includes adjusting main matching zero position,strengthening oil filtering and purifying,replacing relay seal in time,setting reasonable oil-gas ratio and setting reasonable secondary ring parameters.It is successfully applied in operation and maintenance of Ahai Hydropower Station to ensure safe and stable operation of the unit.
