摘要
目的了解安阳市青少年艾滋病知识、态度及性行为的现状,为开展预防及干预提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对安阳市10所初、高中共2 142名青少年进行问卷调查。SPSS 17.0统计软件包进行分析。结果调查2 142人,9.20%的中学生看过色情书籍和音像制品,随着学段升高,学生观看率明显升高。27.80%的初中生和48.29%的高中生对艾滋病感染者持正确态度且与母亲文化程度成正比。初中生和高中生艾滋病病原体知晓率分别是35.90%和59.35%。高中生51.48%在学校接受过艾滋病知识教育,26.95%有特殊异性朋友,3.58%有性交行为,性行为发生率男生高于女生(P<0.01),其中职中生最高,高于普通中学高于重点中学(P<0.01)。随着母亲文化程度升高,高中生性行为发生率呈下降趋势。结论青少年中艾滋病知识教育率和对感染者所持正确态度率偏低,性健康危险行为状况不容乐观。
Objective To understand the current status of knowledge,attitude of HIV/AIDS,and sexual behaviors among the adolescents in Anyang city,so as to provide the basis for prevention and intervention. Methods A total of 2 142 students among 10 schools in Anyang city were selected by multistage stratified cluster sampling method for a question- naire survey. SPSS 17.0 software package were used for statistical analysis. Results Among the adolescents,9.20% of them had ever read pornographic books or pornographic audio-video products, which increased by different learning sta- ges. 27.80% of junior high school students and 48.29% of senior high school students had correct attitude towards HIV- infectors and which were proportional to the degree of mother＇s education level. 51.48% of senior high school students had ever received education about AIDS in school,26.59% of them had ever dated the opposite sex friends,3.58% of them had sexual behavior. The incidence of sexual behavior in male students was higher than that in female students （ P 〈 0.01） ,that of the vocational high school students was the highest, that of thecommon high school students was higher than that of the key high school students（ P 〈0.01）. Theincidence of sexual behaviors declined with the mother＇s education level. Conclusion The rate of AIDS knowledge education and the rate of correct attitude towards HIV-infeetors are low. The condition of sexual risk behavior among the adolescents is not optimistic.
