摘要
[目的]了解枣庄市中学生乙型肝炎（乙肝）病毒感染状况，为中学生乙肝防治提供科学依据。[方法]对2004-2008年枣庄市4所高中的一年级入学新生HBV血清标志物检测资料进行分析。[结果]合计检测12792名高一新生．HBsAg阳性率为2．13％。HBsAg阳性率，男生为2．65％，女生为1．34％（P〈0．01）；重点中学为1．52%，普通中学为3．77％（P〈0．01）。检出的272例HBsAg阳性者中，HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc均阳性的占53．31％，单纯HBsAg阳性者占21．32％，HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc均阳性者占17．65％，HBsAg、抗-HBc均阳性者占7．72％。[结论]枣庄市高一新生HBsAg阳性率较低。
[Objective]To understand the infection of HBV in high school students in Zaozhuang city, to provide a scientific basis for hepatitis B prevention and control among the students. [Methods]Data of the detection of HBV serum markers in 4 high school freshmen from 2004 to 2008 in Zaozhuang city were analyzed. [Results]Of the 12 792 students tested, HBsAg- positive rate was 2.13 %. HBsAg-positive rate was 2.65 % and 1.34 % in male and female students （ P 〈 0.01）. It was 1.52% and 3. 770/00 in key and ordinary high schools （ P 〈0.01）. Of the 272 HBsAg-positive cases tested. HBsAg, HBeAg, anti-HBc positive cases accounted for 53.31 %, HBsAg-positive cases accounted for 2 h 32 %, HBsAg, anti-HBe,anti-HBc positive cases accounted for 17.65%, HBsAg,anti-HBc positive cases accounted for 7.72%. [Conclusion] HBsAg-positive rate among high school freshmen in Zaozhuang city was low.
