摘要
输液器成品的流速准确性与临床治疗效果密切相关,本文通过改变不同的测试条件,对不同生产企业的输液器进行分组批量测试,评估输液流速的影响因素,旨在为完善和统一国内标准测试方法提供参考依据。实验结果表明,连续穿刺、静压差测量位置、环境温度等因素都可能显著影响输液流速,建议在输液器标准中明确规定仲裁测试条件,保证测试结果的一致性。
Infusion velocity accuracy has intimate impact on clinical treatment effect. This paper does multi-group tests of infusion apparatus from different manufacturing enterprises in different groups by changing the conditions of tests. It also estimates factors that influence the infusion velocity, for offering references for the domestic normative test methods progress. Results prove that continuous puncture, pressure measurement position and environment temperature can significantly affect infusion velocity. Therefore, we recommend specifying arbitration test condition in the infusion standard, as to ensure the consistency of test result.
