摘要
将柔性管理融入护士长管理的工作中,并重视护士的内心情感及心理变化,建立有效的激励机制,以调动护士工作的积极性,达到提升整体护理质量的目的。该研究在分析柔性管理内涵的基础上,从护士的情感和思想、健康管理、成长环境、激励机制等方面出发,探讨了柔性管理理念在护士长管理中应用状况,为发挥护士的主观能动性和提高护理质量等打下基础。
Flexible management into nurse management work, and pay attention to the nurse's inner emotional and psychological change, in order to arouse the enthusiasm of nurses work, enhance the overall quality of care purposes. In the paper,based on the analysis of flexible management content, based on the terms of the nurse's feelings and thoughts, health management, growth envi-ronment, incentives ,etc ,discusses the concept of flexible management application status in nursing management, in order to play the nurse's initiative and improve quality of care basis.
