摘要
随着我国经济的发展,医学模式的转变使人们更加看重自身的健康水平,同时对护理质量的要求也随之增高。在护理工作中,护理质量始终是护理管理中的核心工作。护士长在科室中发挥最重要的作用,管理技巧的应用为有效沟通和协调工作搭建了一个坚固的桥梁,提高医院的整体质量水平。本文通过对病区护士长管理技巧进行简单说明,得出了管理技巧能够提高护理质量以及患者满意率的结论。
With the development of economy in China,the change of medical model makes people paying more attention to their health,and the nursing quality requirements is also increased.In the nursing work,nursing quality is always the core of nursing management.The head nurses play the most important role in the Department.To build a solid bridge application management skills for effective communication and coordination,improves the overall quality of hospital.This article through to the head nurse management skills are briefly explained in this paper, obtained the management skills to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction rate of the conclusion.
