摘要
阀门局部阻力是船舶管路系统阻力的主要组成,阀门阻力系数对于船舶管路系统阻力计算具有重要影响。针对我国尚未对船舶管路阀门阻力系数进行系统研究的现状,对典型船用海水管路阀门阻力系数进行了试验测量,对比不同阀门结构及不同阀门开度下的阻力系数,分析影响阀门阻力系数的主要因素。结果表明,当阀门开启度在80%~100%,对系统流动阻力和流量分配不会产生明显影响,A型直通阀的阻力系数比B型直角阀的大1.5左右,截止止回阀的阻力系数略大于截止阀的阻力系数。依据试验研究结果,提出了优化阀门内部流道设计、改进阀门结构等降低阀门阻力系数的技术途径。
Local resistance of valves is the main part of pipeline resistances,and the resistance coefficient of valves is the key factor that influences the pipeline resistance calculation.Currently,there is no systemic research taken in China on the resistance coefficient of valves.Therefore,an experimental study was preformed on the resistance coefficient of typical marine pipeline values,and the comparison was made between different value structures and opening ratios.The main factors,which may influence the result of the resistance coefficient of valves,were analyzed under different operating conditions.As a result,when the opening degree of a valve is within a range of 80%to 100%,it has little effect on the flow resistance and the flow distribution.The resistance coefficient of the A-type through valve is large than B-type right angle valve about 1.5,and the resistance coefficient of the stop check valve is larger than that of the cutoff valve slightly.Based on the experimental results,technical suggestions were given on how to reduce the resistance coefficient of the valves,including optimizing the flow passage,improving the valve structures and etc.
