对于汽车空调系统的设计,工程师通常关注较多的是压缩机、冷凝器、蒸发器、膨胀阀的匹配,空调管路作为冷媒的传输通道,其对空调制冷性能的影响往往被忽略。介绍了汽车空调管路设计时降低局部阻力的一些方法,并通过实际案例验证吸气管路流阻降低对制冷性能的提升,供同行业工程师进行空调管路设计开发时进行参考。
For vehicle A/C system design,the engineers always pay close attention to matching compressor,condenser,evaporator,TXV.They alwys ignore the significance of the A/C pipes which deliver the refrigerant.This article introduces some methods to reduce A/C pipe local flow resistance and offers the case that promotes the A/C cooling performance by means of reducing the flow resistance.The vehicle engineers can refer to the article when they design the A/C system pipe.
