多级离心泵噪声特性的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着环保意识的增强以及设备技术性能要求的提高,降低噪声已成为一个重要的研究方向。对某型号多级离心泵先后进行了多次试验,在偏小流量工况以及额定流量工况下,测试泵组的噪声频带分布特性。通过对频谱图进行分析研究,并结合泵组运行的轴频、叶频等分析了离心泵产生噪声的主要原因,总结了离心泵的噪声特性的基本变化规律,噪声的构成及分类。发现噪声辐射的主要方向为泵的出口,指出了离心泵流噪声的3个主要来源,并提出具体改进措施。研究结果对于降低离心泵组的噪声水平,提高其整体性能具有重要意义。 With the enhancement of environmental awareness and the improvement of equipment technical performance,and the decrease of noise has become an important research direction.The multi-stage centrifugal pump has been tested several times,under the small flow condition and the rated flow conditions,test the noise band distribution characteristics of the pump set.Through the analysis of the spectrum map,and according to the operation of pumps shaft frequency and blade frequency,the main reasons for the centrifugal pump noise were analyzed.Summarizes the basic change rule of the noise of the centrifugal pump characteristics,the composition and classification of noise.Found that the main direction of the pump’s export of noise radiation,pointed out three main sources of flow noise of a centrifugal pump,and put forward the concrete improvement measures.The research results to improve the state of centrifugal pump noise,it has important significance to improve the whole performance.
