摘要
PBTCA有良好的阻垢和缓蚀性能。本文采用旋转挂片法对比考察了PBTCA存在下工业常用的数种钢质在水中的结垢与腐蚀情况。结果表明,越容易腐蚀的钢质防垢效果也越差,5mg·L-1加量下除铸铁组外防垢率都能达到90%,其中321不锈钢组防垢率最好达到96.7%。在15mg·L-1加量下,除铸铁组外缓蚀率都超过80%,且PBTCA与Zn2+复配后有更好的缓蚀效果。
PBTCA possess applicable performance in antiscaling and corrosion inhibiting. The effect of PBT- CA on the scaling and corrosion of several common steels was investigated by rotary coupon tests. Results showed that steels easier corroded led to weaker fouling resistance. At the dosage of 5mg/L using PBTCA, antiscaling effi- ciency was above 90% except the cast iron, and the 321 stainless steel had the highest effectiveness of 96.7%. At the dosage of 15mg·L^-1using PBTCA, corrosion inhibiting efficiency was above 90% except the cast iron, and the addition of Zn^2+ enhanced that.
