高效缓蚀剂对黄河恶化水质中普碳钢的缓蚀作用

摘要 采用交流阻抗法和极化曲线法,研究HEDP,PBTCA,HPMA复配缓蚀阻垢剂对材质20G,Q235在黄河恶化水质中的缓蚀效果.加入该种复配缓蚀剂后,两种材质20G,Q235在黄河恶化水质中的腐蚀电流明显减小,其阻抗谱呈现出两个容抗弧特征,表明阴极存在两种反应且受活化控制.XRD结果表明,腐蚀产物由CaCO3(H2O)与(Ca,Mg)CO3两种物相组成. The effects of a complex of HEDP, PBTCA and HPMA as inhibitors for 20G and Q235 in deteriorated Huanghe water have been studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and polarization curve. With the addition of this complex, the corrosion currents of 320G and Q235 were seen to be decreased obviously. Two capacitive impedance arcs in the EIS of 20G and Q235 have been characterized. These results showed that there happened two cathode reactions controlled by active processes. The XRD results showed that the corrosion products on the surface of 20G and Q235 were made up of CaCO3(HaO)and (Ca, Mg)CO3.
