摘要
本文从我国人力资源管理的研究背景入手,分析了我国中小企业人力资源管理中存在的重视程度不足等主要问题。根据这些问题,提出了提高我国中小企业人力资源管理水平的对策与建议。
Based on the research of human resources management, the author analyzes its main problems such as ignoring human resource management in small middle enterprises(SMEs) According to these problems, we should improve our level of SME human resource management strategies and suggestions.
