摘要 目的研究党参提取物的抗氧化活性旨在为深入探讨其作用机理提供参考。方法通过对陕西凤县、南郑、山西陵川三个不同地域的党参醇提取物的DPPH自由基清除率进行研究,比较不同地区党参醇提取物的抗氧化活性。结果经过比较,以上三个地区的党参醇提取物的DPPH自由基清除率分别为17.56%、9.87%和8.03%,所以产自不同地区的党参,其抗氧化活性存在差异;除此之外,凤县党参提取物清除DPPH自由基的IC50为0.85 mg·ml-1。结论党参随着其浓度的增加,其提取物的活性也相应增加,且不同地区的党参的活性也有所不同。 Objective Study on the antioxidant activity of Codonopsis extract in order to provide reference for further study of its mechanism. Methods The DPPH radical scavenging rate of Codonopsis extract from three different regions, Feng county of Shanxi, Nanzheng of Shanxi, Lingchuan of Shanxi, were compared. Results The DPPH radical scavenging rate of the three different regions were 17.56%, 9.87% and 8.03%, respectively. There were significant difference of the three different regions, it give an advice for the quality control of Codonopsis. In addition, ICSO of the DPPH radical scavenging rate of Feng county of Shanxi was 0.85 mg·ml. Conclusion With the increase of concentra- tion of Codonopsis, the activity of Codonopsis extract also increased, and Codonopsis of different regions had different activity.
