摘要
目的研究心康急救1号抗氧化活性。方法分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、甲醇提取心康急救1号,用清除DPPH自由基、β-胡萝卜素测定法,对心康急救1号体外总抗氧化活性进行评价。结果心康急救1号有较好的体外抗氧化活性。其乙酸乙酯提取物具有很强的清除DPPH自由基和β-胡萝卜素的能力。结论在3种提取物中,心康急救1号乙酸乙酯提取物具有较高的抗氧化能力,甲醇提取物次之。
Objective To investigate the antioxidant activity of Xinkangjijiu No.1.Methods The total antioxidant activity of Xinkangjijiu No.1 was assayed by two methods,such as 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-2-picrylhydrazyl（DPPH）radical scavenging and β-carotene-linoleat.Results The results showed that Xinkangjijiu No.1 had good antioxidant activity in vitro.The ethyl acetate extract showed higher scavenging activity against DPPH radical and β-carotene-linoleat.Conclusion Among three kinds of extracts from Xinkangjijiu No.1,the ethyl acetate extract shows higher antioxidant activity,followed by methanol extract.
