摘要
实习是工科学生获得生产实践和生产组织能力的重要环节,是培养应用型人才的重要途径,因此实习基地的开发和建设尤为重要。以合肥师范学院制药工程系为例,从学校学院、教师、学生及环境建设方面,对实习基地的开发与建设给予阐述和建议,以期使学生更好地适应实习,达到学校与企业无缝链接的目的。
Internship is an important link for production practice and organization.It is also an important route for applied talents cultivation.Therefore,the development and construction of practicing bases are of great importance.In this paper,department of pharmaceutical engineering of Hefei Normal University is set as an example to elaborate the influence of university,teacher,student and environment construction on the practicing bases＇ development and construction in order to make some suggestions for better accommodation of students and the seamless link between universities and enterprises.
