摘要
阐明了过去三年,本校化工学院制药工程专业毕业实习单位的开拓工作及不同途径毕业实习给学生的就业带来的机遇和效果。探讨了制药工程专业毕业实习教学体系改革的内容和基本思路,进一步研究了毕业实习的方法和改革、实习基地建设的重要性。即,扩大毕业实习内容及范围,将毕业实习与就业相结合,从而提高毕业生的独立意识和社会活动能力,使其成为受企业欢迎的高素质、应用型人才。
The effectiveness on the internship development and student＇s job -hunting opportunity were investigated. This article summarizes experiences that we do exploratory work and practice effects in the past three years. Namely, through the broadening the field of graduate design and combining the job - hunting with it, the sense of independence and social skills of graduation students will be increased. So our students will be welcomed by companies as a well trained human resources.
