摘要
本文以资源共享、业务协同需求为背景,采用SOA技术整合现有审批信息化系统资源,建设省级统一集中部署,以网上大厅为统一入口,通用审批和部门审批系统为后台的审批服务平台,实现线上线下协同的政务服务。
