摘要
通过分析高校信息化现状,提出一站式网上办事大厅的建设目标。阐述了一站式网上办事大厅建设框架,以流程模板、自定义表单、自定义流程、流程监控等功能模块为基础,采用事务驱动模式进行集中管理,聚焦师生实际办事需求。该系统让数据“多跑路”,让师生“少跑腿”,提高了办事效率,提升了用户服务体验。
By analyzing the current situation of informatization in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the construction goal of one-stop online service hall.The construction framework of one-stop online service hall is expounded,and the system of one-stop online service hall is based on the process template,user-defined form,user-defined process,process monitoring and other functional modules,adopts the transaction driven mode for centralized management,and focuses on the actual needs of teachers and students for service.The system makes the data"run more",and makes teachers and students"run less",which improves the service efficiency,and improves the users'experience on the service.
