高校智慧一站式服务大厅建设对策研究 被引量:7

摘要 高校智慧一站式服务大厅的建设是为学生事务服务向“标准化、智能化、高效化、便捷化”的四化方向发展,从而进一步提高国内高校的层次化水平。从2003年伊始,我国浙江万里学院开创了国内高校一站式服务大厅建设的先河,随后国内许多高校陆续参与到建设大学生一站式服务平台的浪潮中。由此观之,建设高校一站式服务大厅已是时代之需。文章从系统化思维出发,结合整体性治理、一站式服务和学生为本的三大理念,通过线上线下平台相结合的模式,对原有的分散的教育资源进行优化整合,进一步地改革传统学生事务管理体制,梳理学生事务的办理流程,科学设置窗口,使得学生全方位享受事务办理“一条龙”服务的便捷高效化流程,从而实现学生事务管理与服务模式的创新。 The construction of the wisdom one-stop service hall in colleges and universities is to develop the student affairs service in the direction of"standardization,intelligence,high efficiency and convenience",so as to further improve the hierarchical level of domestic colleges and universities.Since the beginning of 2003,Zhejiang Wanli University in China has created a precedent for the construction of one-stop service halls in domestic colleges and universities,and then many domestic universities have participated in the wave of building a one-stop service platform for college students.From this point of view,the construction of one-stop service hall in colleges and universities is the need of the times.Starting from the systematic thinking,combining the three major concepts of holistic governance,one-stop service and student-oriented,and through the mode of combining online and offline platforms,this paper optimizes and integrates the original scattered educational resources,further reforms the traditional management system of student affairs,combs the handling process of student affairs,and sets up windows scientifically.It makes students enjoy the convenient and efficient process of"through-train"service in all aspects,so as to realize the innovation of student affairs management and service mode.
