摘要
目的:研究社会支持对高校教师工作应激和工作满意度方面的影响,探讨社会支持在工作应激和工作满意度中的作用。方法:本文采用横断面调查研究方法,用工作应激问卷、社会支持问卷、高校教师工作满意度问卷进行调查。结果:工作应激对工作满意度有较大的负面影响,B=-0.423,Adjusted R Square=0.214;工作应激通过社会支持对工作满意度的间接影响较小,B=-0.314,Adjusted R Square=0.293。结论:工作应激对工作满意度具有直接反向预测作用;社会支持在工作应激对工作满意度的效应中起部分中介作用,χ2/df=3.31,RMSEA=0.066,社会支持在高校教师中起到了缓解工作应激,提高工作满意度的作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of the social support through the studies of the influence of social support on job stress and job satisfaction.Methods:Adopting A cross-sectional survey research method,the datum in this paper were collected through the following three types of questionnaires,i.e.job stress questionnaires,social support questionnaires and university teacher job satisfaction questionnaires.Results:The direct effect of job stress on job satisfaction was negative and large,B =-0.423,Adjusted R Square = 0.214; but indirect effects on job satisfaction was smaller through social support,B =-0.314,Adjusted R Square = 0.293.Conclusion:Job stress has direct and reverse predicting function on job satisfaction; social support can partially play an intermediary role in the effects of job stress towards job satisfaction,2 / df = 3.31,RMSEA = 0.066.Social support has played the role of relieving job stress and improving job satisfaction among teachers in institutions of higher learning.
