摘要
论述了国内外广泛应用的农作物水分测量技术的工作原理和性能。利用微波实现水分的实时在线检测具有突出的优点,着重介绍了微波水分检测的原理和发展现状。
This paper describes the theory and performance of widely used techniques for determination of moisture content in agricultural products at home and abroad. Microwave technology has the outstanding advantages for real-time, on-line monitoring and control of moisture content, so the paper also describes in detail the theory and research advances of techniques based on the microwave technology for determina- tion of moisture content.
