摘要
在利用干燥机进行长时间、高降水率谷物干燥过程中,如何进行不同环境条件下、不同谷物含水率的精确在线测量,对于及时和准确地调整干燥机的工作状态、实现谷物合理干燥和粮食储藏具有重要意义。为此,以谷物含水率测量为核心,对常用的含水率测量原理和方法进行归纳和总结,并结合我国谷物干燥条件和传感器的发展趋势,指出我国谷物含水率测量传感器未来应向高精度、大测量范围、自动化、微型化、多功能化及智能化方向发展。
In the drying process of grain dehydration,where precise and continuously measurements ot me moisture con- tent of grains play an important role. On-line moisture monitoring instrument is a promising means for grain dehydration monitoring in high decrease moisture content and can continuously obtain long-term time series of grain moisture content information. Currently, quite a few moisture monitoring instrument based on dielectric properties have been developed from different perspectives. However, different moisture monitoring instrument derived from dielectric properties have obviously different environment and moisture' s adaptability. Selecting the appropriate moisture monitoring instrument based on dif- ferent regions and moisture is vital for timely and accurately adjust the dryer machine working conditions to get the appro- priate dehydration. This paper focused on grain moisture monitoring based on dielectric properties, and systematically sum- marized grain moisture monitoring theories and methods. According to the grain dehydration condition and the trends of development of our country, point out that the grain moisture monitoring instrument should tend to high precision, high mo- nitoring range, automation ,micromation, muhifunction and intelligentialize in the future.
