摘要
目的对武汉市13个行政区的社区健康质量测评结果进行优劣分析,为提高社区健康质量提供参考。方法采用专家咨询法对指标体系进行赋权,应用问卷调查法搜集各指标得分,应用双基点灰关联排序法对数据进行分析。结果赋权后的指标体系信度和效度良好。武汉市各区健康质量存在差距,总体排序与分类排序也有差别。结论各区应结合自身状况保持优良部分,采取措施改善健康质量较差部分。
Objective To analyze the results of community health quality assessment in 13 administrative districts in Wu- han, to provide reference for health quality improvement. Method The expert consultation method was used to weight the index system, the questionnaire survey was used to collect index scores of each district in Wuhan, and the double points grey sequencing method was used to analyze the data. Result The weighted index system had good reliability and validity. There had difference on health quality among different districts in Wuhan, and the overall sorting and classified sorting were also different. Conclusion Each district should maintain the good part of health quality according to its own situation, and take measures to improve the health aspects with poor quality.
