摘要
目前我国社区医疗服务得到了迅速发展,但是在发展过程中也存在许多风险,其特点是:风险发生的不确定性高;风险防范的难度高;社区卫生服务机构抗风险能力低;对社区为卫生服务声誉影响大。产生风险的原因是多方面的,有医学科学局限性及疾病本身原因;有管理不到位、体制不健全的原因;也有医生和患者的原因。各社区卫生服务机构应采取有效的风险管理策略,建立起科学的社区医疗风险管理模型,更好地应对风险、规避风险,保障社区卫生服务健康和可持续的发展。
Community health service has got a rapid development in China in recent years, but much risk has also faced during its development. The characters of community health service risk included high uncertain, high difficulties for risk prevention, low risk defensive capacity of community health institute. The causes of risk included limited medical development and the disease, pool management mechanism and doctor patient relations. Community health center were considered to apply effective risk management measures and establish medical risk management model to defense risk and secure its healthy development.
