摘要
中国古代有着悠久的法治传统,形成了"礼法合治"、"明德慎罚"、"执法原情"等基本法治精神。这些精神与封建宗法制度、和谐的文化观念、人本主义传统紧密相关,对弘扬社会主义法治精神具有重要启示。
Ancient China had long tradition of the rule of law,and formed the basic rule of law including ＂the governance of ritual in company with law＂,＂the strict penalty and advocating morality＂ , ＂considering the different situation during the law enforcement＂ and so on. These spirits are related to the feudal patriarchal system,the concept of harmonious culture and the tradition of humanism,and thus also have important implications to promote the socialist rule of law.
