摘要
采用传输矩阵法理论,研究缺陷参量对光子晶体缺陷模奇偶性的调制作用,结果表明:缺陷数目的奇偶性可调节缺陷模数目的奇偶性,而且缺陷模数目及其奇偶性与缺陷数目的奇偶性一一对应;缺陷周期数、缺陷厚度的奇偶性能调节缺陷模的奇偶性,但缺陷模数目与缺陷周期数、缺陷厚度不存在一一对应关系;缺陷折射率变化对缺陷模数目的奇偶性不产生影响,但可调制缺陷模所处的频率位置和透射率。
Modulation of defect parameters on the parity of the photonic crystal defect mode is studied by ap-plying transfer matrix method.The results show that there is a one-to-one correspondence between the parity number of defect mode and the parity of the number of defects, the parity of the number of defects is equal with the parity number of defects mode;the parity number of defects mode changes with the number of defects period and the defect thickness, but the number of them does not equal with each other.The parity number of defects mode does not change with the refractive index of the defects, but can modulate the frequency and the transmittance of the position of defect mode.These properties can provide positive guidance for design of the transfer channel optical filter and the optical switch devices of photonic crystals.
