摘要
基于缺陷光子晶体B(AB)_m(ACB)_n(AB)_mB模型,在B层介质中引入双正材料或双负材料,利用传输矩阵理论计算了模型结构参数以及缺陷层厚度对光传输谱的影响。结果发现:当B层为双负介质时,结构周期数n对光子晶体透射谱中缺陷模的数目具有很好的调制作用,周期数m则对缺陷模的宽度有较好的调制效果;该结构光子晶体传输谱中的透射峰对介质B的光学厚度具有简并的响应关系;这种简并响应关系在B层为双负介质时,相对双正介质较为明显;B层为双负介质时,结构周期数对透射峰频率位置的影响也比双正介质的情况要大。这些特性对光子晶体滤波器的设计具有一定的指导意义。
We have introduceddouble positive materials or double negative materials into layer B on the de-fect photonic crystal B( AB) ACB) AB) model. The effect of transmission spectrum of model are calculated by transfer matrix method. The results showed that when the layer B is a double negative medium, the number of the defect modes in the transmission spectrum is modulated welly by the number of the period n , and the number of cycles of m has a good modulation effect on the width of the defect mode. The transmission peak in the transmission spectrum of the photonic crystal has a degenerate response to the optical thickness of the dielectric B. When layer B is a double negative medium, the degenerate response is more obvious than that of the double positive medium, and the influence of the number of structural cycles on the frequency position of the transmission peak is larger than that of the double positive medium. These characteristics have some guiding significance for the design of photonic crys-tal filters.
