折射率对一维光子晶体缺陷模放大特性的影响

摘要 利用传输矩阵法理论,计算和研究光子晶体(AB)nC(AB)n的放大特性,结果发现:在波长为500~900 nm范围内出现3条缺陷模,且无论各层介质折射率如何变化它们的位置始终保持不变;当介质A、B的折射率逐渐发生变化时,对两侧缺陷模的影响比较大,对中间缺陷模的影响较小,即两侧缺陷模放大特性对A、B介质折射率的变化响应较为灵敏;而当缺陷层C折射率的实部和虚部发生变化时,对左侧缺陷模透射率的影响比较明显,另外2条缺陷模只是发生了微小的变化,即左侧缺陷模放大特性对缺陷层C折射率实部和虚部的变化响应最为灵敏.折射率对光子晶体缺陷模放大特性的变化规律,对滤波器及光放大器的制备和改造提供了理论参考. Using the method of transfer matrix theory, study the effect of refractive index on the amplification of defect modes in one photonic crystal (AB),C (AB)n. The results show that: within the wavelength range of 500 ~ 900 nm , there are 3 defect modes appearing in the transmission spectrum, and regardless of the changes of the refractive index of each layer , their position will not changed; the both sides of the defect mode are affected rela- tively a lot with the refractive of medium A and B gradually increasing, and the middle one is affected relatively less. In other words, the amplification of the both sides of the defect mode is more sensitive to the changes of A and B of refractive index response. When the real and imaginary part of the refractive index of the defect layer C is changed, the left side of the defect mode has changes obviously, other defect modes have only small changes. In one words, the amplification of the left defect mode has the most sensitive response to the real and imaginary parts of the layer C refractive index changes. The variation of the refractive index of photonic crystal defect mode is a the- oretical reference for the preparation and improvement of the filter and optical amplifier.
