摘要
目的:研究中医辨证联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病心衰的疗效。方法:选取我院在2012年8月—2014年8月间收治的78例冠心病心衰患者的临床资料,根据数字随机分组法原则,将患者分为两组,每组各39例。对照组单纯采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用中医辨证联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果与心功能变化情况。结果:1从治疗效果上看,观察组中有38例患者治疗有效,总有效率为97.4%。对照组中有32例患者治疗有效,总有效率为82.1%。与对照组相较,观察组的治疗效果更好,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2观察组的心功能改善情况优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中医辨证与美托洛尔对冠心病心衰患者联合进行治疗,可以取得显著的疗效,促进患者心功能的改善,值得推广。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation combined with metoprolol oncoronary heart disease and heart failure effect. Methods： The clinical data of 78 cases with coronary heart disease patients in our hospitalfrom August, 2012 to August, 2014 were selected. According to the principle of random grouping method, the patients were divided intotwo groups,39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol, while the observation group was treated with TraditionalChinese Medicine syndrome differentiation combined with metoprolol. The curative effects and changes of the two groups were compared.Results：①From the curative effect, 38 patients in the observation group were curative, and the total effective rate was 97.4%. 32 cases inthe control group were curative, and the total effective rate was 82.1%.Compared with the control group, the treatment effect of theobservation group was better with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. ②Cardiac function in the observation group improved better than thecontrol group with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation combined withmetoprolol can achieve significant effects and improve cardiac function, which is worthy of promotion and clinical application.
