摘要
[目的]观察温阳利水汤治疗心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例住院患者按就诊顺序号随机分为两组。对照组36例美托洛尔,25mg/次,2次/d;厄贝沙坦,150mg/次,1次/d;螺内酯,20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组36例温阳利水汤(肉桂、炙甘草各6g,制附子、干姜、葶苈子、三七各10g,茯苓皮、白芍、红花、白术、猪苓、车前子各12g,泽泻、薏苡仁各15g,黄芪20g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、TNF-α水平、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效21例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率94.44%;对照组显效8例,有效15例,无效13例,总有效率63.89%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。TNF-α下降治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]温阳利水汤治疗心力衰竭,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Wenyanglishui decoction in the treatment of heart failure. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 72 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number of patients. The control group 36 cases metoprolol,25 mg/times, 2 times/d; irbesartan, 150 mg/times, 1 times/d; spironolactone, 20 mg/times, 1 times/d. The treatment group of 36 cases of Wenyanglishui decoction（cinnamon, licorice 6 g, prepared aconite, dried ginger, Tinglizi, 37 10 g, Poria, Radix Paeoniae Alba, safflower, white atractylodes rhizome, Polyporus,Alisma, Plantago 12 g, coix seed 15 g, Astragalus 20 g）, 1 agent/d, 400 mL oral decoction, sooner or later.Continuous treatment for 2 weeks for 1 courses. Clinical symptoms, TNF-alpha levels and adverse reactions were observed. 1 courses of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] 21 cases were markedly effective in the treatment group, 13 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.44%;the control group was markedly effective in 8 cases, effective in 15 cases, ineffective in 13 cases, the total effective rate was 63.89%; the treatment group was better than the control group（P0.01）. The level of TNFalpha decreased in the treatment group better than that in the control group（P0.01）. [Conclusion] Efficacy of Wenyanglishui decoction in the treatment of heart failure, with no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
