摘要
针对福特汽车多功能显示面板字符的细微缺陷难以识别的特点,提出一种基于字符骨架特征点的缺陷检测算法。根据缺陷的不同特征,先对缺陷进行分类,通过形态学骨架法,分析字符骨架化后的端点和交叉点数量变化,判断字符上是否存在缺陷,该算法具有较好的稳定性和准确性,能够很好地实现对福特汽车面板字符的细微缺陷检测。
To deal with the hardness of recognizing the slight flaws on the panel' s character of Ford automotive muhifunctional display panel. This paper presents a flaw testing arithmetic based on the characteristic points of the character skeleton. According to the different characteristic of flaws, it classifies the flaws, then judges the exisLence of the flaws by analyzing end points and cross-over point through the morphological skeleton method. The flaw testing arithmetic based on the characteristic of the character skeleton has basic stability and accuracy. It can nicely test out the slight flaws on the panel' s character of Ford autos.
