摘要
目的考察新雪片对急性咽炎大鼠模型细胞因子白细胞介素-6、前列腺素E2、肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响,观察模型动物病理形态学改善的情况,评价治疗咽炎的效果。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、新雪片高、中、低剂量组以及阳性对照组。观察给药后急性咽炎模型大鼠血清白细胞介素-6、前列腺素E2、肿瘤坏死因子-α含量的变化,进行咽喉部组织的病理观察。结果与模型组比较,新雪片高、中剂量组大鼠白细胞介素-6、前列腺素E2、肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著降低(P<0.05),新雪片高剂量组大鼠白细胞介素-6、前列腺素E2的含量低于阳性对照组,无统计学差异;病理形态学显示,经新雪片治疗后,模型大鼠的黏膜上皮组织增生及炎细胞浸润程度积分显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论新雪片对急性咽炎模型大鼠具有显著的抗炎作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of IL- 6,PGE2,TNF- α by Xinxue Tablets in treating acute pharyngitis of rat,and observe improvement of pathomorphism,then to evaluate the threatment effect. Methods 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Xinxue Tablets high dosage group,Xinxue Tablets middle dosage group,Xinxue Tablets small dosage group,and positive control group. To observe the change of the contents of IL- 6,PGE2,TNF- α by treating with Xinxue Tablets,and to observe pathomorphism of pharyngeal mucosa tissue. Results Compared with model group,the contents of IL- 6,PGE2,TNF- α were significantly decreased in Xinxue Tablets high dosage group and middle dosage group( P 〈 0. 05),and the contents of IL- 6,PGE2 were decreased in Xinxue Tablets high dosage group compared with positive control group,but not significantly; Pathological morphology reflected that comparing with model group,the degree of pharyngeal mucosa epithelial tissue hyperplasia and integral of inflammatory cells infiltration were significantly decreased in Xinxue Tablets high dosage group and middle dosage group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Xinxue Tablets had the significant effect on acute pharyngitis rat models.
