摘要
目的:研究九味双解口服液治疗急性咽喉炎的临床效果及不良反应发生情况.方法:选择医院2017年8月~2018年8月收治的82例急性咽喉炎患者作为研究对象,使用电脑随机分组方法分成实验组和对照组,每组41例.对照组使用西药抗病毒、抗炎以及止咳化痰等基础治疗方法,实验组加用九味双解口服液治疗,比较治疗有效性、临床症状消退时间以及不良反应发生情况.结果:实验组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别是97.56%与78.05%,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的咽痛、干燥、咳嗽痰多、异物感症状消退时间分别是(2.79±1.25)d、(2.88±1.30)d、(3.31±1.48)d、(2.16±1.22)d,明显少于对照组的(4.54±1.58)d、(4.41±1.92)d、(4.64±1.29)d、(4.56±1.58)d(P<0.05);治疗过程中,实验组1例出现轻微的肠胃不适,未实施特殊处理在1d后症状消失,两组不良反应发生情况无明显差别(P>0.05).结论:在急性咽喉炎临床治疗中,在常规治疗的基础上使用九味双解口服液,能够显著提高临床治疗效果,促进咽痛等症状的消退,并且不会增加不良反应,临床治疗的有效性和安全性均能得到保证.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jiuwei Shuangjie oral liquid on acute pharyngitis and incidence of adverse reactions.Method:In this study,82 patients with acute laryngopharyngitis admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected.The patients were randomly divided by computer into experimental group and control group with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine for anti-virus,anti-inflammation,cough-relieving and phlegm-resolving.The experi-mental group was treated with Jiuwei Shuangjie Oral Liquid on the premise of the control group.The efficacy of the treatment,the time of clinical symptoms subsidence and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rates of treatment in the experimental group and the control group were 97.56%and 78.05%,respectively,and the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pharyngodynia,dryness,cough and phlegm,and the disappearance time of foreign body sensation in the experimental group were(2.79±1.25)d,(2.88±1.30)d,(3.31±1.48)d,and(2.16±1.22)d,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group(4.54±1.58)d,(4.41±1.92)d,(4.64±1.29)d,and(4.56±1.58)d respectively.There was one case in the experimental group that had mild symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort and symptoms disappeared after one day without special treatment.There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of acute laryngopharyngitis,the use of Jiuwei Shuangjie Oral Liquid on the basis of routine treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,promote the disappearance of related symptoms such as pharyngalgia,and will not increase the adverse reactions of patients.Its effectiveness and safety of clinical treatment can be guaranteed.
