摘要
目的研究与建立新雪片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对新雪片中穿心莲、栀子、冰片进行定性鉴别；采用反相高效相色谱法（RP—HPLC）测定新雪片中栀子苷的含量。结果TLC专属性强。HPLC准确可靠。栀子苷在0．256～1．280μg范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为97．12％，RSD：1．43％（n=6）。结论该方法可靠、准确，能有效地控制制剂质量。
Objective To eslablish and study the quality standard for Xinxue tablets. Methods Connon Andrographis Herb, Cape Jasmine Jasmine Fruit, Borneol were identified by TLC, and Geniposede content in Tablets was determined by RP -HPLC. Results TLC method was specific. HPLC method was accurate and reliable. The Geniposede showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.256 -1. 280μg （r = 0. 999 9）and average recovery was 97.12 %, RSD = 1.43 % （n = 6）. Conclusion This method is reliable .accurate and can be used to control the quality of the preparation effectively.
