摘要
对黄秋葵籽油提取和精炼工艺进行了研究,结果表明,采用石油醚-正己烷等量混合溶剂浸提黄秋葵籽油,在料液比1:6(g/m L),70℃下提取4 h,提取率可达18.12%。毛油经常规水化脱胶可脱除87.78%的磷脂;碱炼脱酸后,酸价下降到0.16 mg KOH/g;采用活性炭脱色最高脱色率可达80.42%;在真空度为0.01 MPa,温度为200℃下,通入水蒸气脱臭80 min,可得到淡黄色无异味的油脂。
This paper studies on extraction and refi nement of Hibiscus esculentus seed oil. Results show the optimal technology conditions for extracting are as follows: petroleum ether-hexane(1:1) as mixsolvent, seeds/solvent ratio l:6(g/m L), time 4 h, and temperature 70 ℃, the oil yield is 18.12% under these conditions. The refi ning process is as follows: adopting hydrated degumming, the lecithin is taken off by 87.78%, using alkali liquor to take off the acid, the acid value declines to 0.16 mg KOH/g, using activated carbon to decolor, the maximal fading rate is up to 80.42%; and then adopting steaming deodorization at vacuum of 0.01 MPa, and temperature 200 ℃, the deodorization time is 80 min. With the abovementioned processing, the refi ned Hibiscus esculentus seed oil is no abnormal taste, and with the color of light yellow.
