综合医院老年护理专业人才梯队建设与培养的实践 被引量:8

摘要 目的加强综合医院老年护理人才梯队建设,增强护理人员对老年患者的护理能力,提高老年住院患者的满意度。方法经个人自荐、科室推荐和护理部遴选,将126名护理人员列入老年护理人才梯队培养计划,分为后备人才、中青年护理骨干、高级老年护理人才3个层次,对不同层次制订相应的遴选条件、培养目标、培养方式和内容。比较培训前后护理人员老年护理知识和技能考核评分,及老年患者对护理人员的满意度。结果培训后,护理人员老年论文数量由10篇增至22篇,课题立项由11项增至20项,专利由35项增至56项;护理人员老年护理知识由(65.4±3.4)分提高至(85.3±5.4)分(t=35.011,P<0.001),护理技能由(70.3±3.2)提高至(86.7±4.3)分(t=34.340,P<0.001);老年住院患者对护理服务的满意度由(76.2±4.5)分提升至(87.6±5.6)分(t=24.378,P<0.001)。结论老年护理专业人才梯队建设提升了护士老年护理的知识和技能,为患者提供了人性化护理服务,提高了老年患者的满意度。 Objective To train a geriatric nursing team in general hospitals and enhance nurses' professional competency and increase patient satisfaction. Methods Totally 126 nurses were recruited in the training project through self-recommendation,department-recommendation and selection by nursing department. They were classified into three levels,including reserve nursing talents,nursing backbone and advanced nursing talents. The qualifications,training objectives,training contents and methods were identified in each level. The outcomes were evaluated using nurses' performance in theory exam and skill test,as well as patient satisfaction. Results After the training,the number of published papers related to geriatric nursing increased from 10 to 22,the number of research projects increased from 11 to 20,the number of patents increased from 35 to 56. Nurses' theory score increased from(65.4±3.4) to(85.3±5.4)(t=35.011,P〈0.001),skill score increased from(70.3±3.2) to(86.7±4.3)(t=34.340,P〈0.001). The score of patient satisfaction increased from(76.2±4.5) points to(87.6±5.6) points(t=24.378,P〈0.001). Conclusion The construction and training of geriatric nursing team can improve nurses' geriatric nursing knowledge and skills,enhance humanistic care and increase patient satisfaction.
