摘要
随着广西老年人口的不断增长,老年护理人员的需求量越来越大,文章针对广西老年护理现状,文章从制度、教育、人才培养三方面展开讨论,分析其原因,为广西老年护理事业提供理论性对策和建议,解决广西老年护理目前存在的问题,提升广西老年护理水平,促进广西老年护理事业的发展。
