摘要
目的描述我国专科护士发展的现状,为确立符合我国国情的专科护理发展领域提供依据,为我国专科护士建设的进一步发展与规范奠定基础。方法对专科护士的概念、作用、教育、培训、资格认证及我国专科护士面临的问题与展望作了介绍和分析。结果专科护士是护理领域具有高水平和专长的临床护理专家。专科护士在促进健康、提高护理质量、推动护理事业发展等方面发挥着积极作用。结论我国应加紧开展专科护士队伍建设,尽快建立和健全专科护士的培养制度和管理办法,在发展专科护士过中要充分考虑管理、教育、培训与研究等问题。
Objective To find out the status in quo of the development of specialty nursing. To provide evidence for both the establishment of specialty nursing in China and the further development of it. Methods Literatures were reviewed with focused evaluation on the concept and the roles of CNS, the related aspects such as education, training and certification. Results CNS are experts with high - level specialty in clinical nursing. They play positive and important roles in improving health, enhancing quality of nursing and promoting the development of nursing. Conclusion China should carry on the training of specialty nurses, establish and perfect the culture and management system about specialty nurses as soon as possible. In this process, several aspects such as management, education, training and research must be fully considered with higher priority
