摘要
竞技体育中,比赛失利是运动员常见的挫折,如何应对比赛失利关系着运动员职业生涯的发展。运用质性研究的方法从世界冠军运动员身上提取其应对比赛失利的应对方式,发现世界冠军运动员采取的应对方式依次为行动改善、认知调节、寻求支持、顺其自然和沉浸悲观型。世界冠军运动员主要运用的是积极的应对方式,积极的应对方式让比赛失利成为下次成功的动力,消极的应对方式让比赛失利成为下次失败的原因。
In competitive sports, the defeat is common among athletes setback, how to deal with the relationship be- tween the development of losing the game players occupation career. To deal with this study used qualitative re- search methods to extract the game from the world champion athletes lose, discovered the world champion athlete coping methods in order to improve, cognitive regulation, seeking support, let it be and indulge pessimistic. The world champion is the main use of positive coping style, positive coping style to become the driving force for success at the next race, negative coping style to become the next failure defeat.
