摘要
生态系统服务付费(以下简称PES)是对生态系统服务(以下简称ES)增加的提供者的一种激励机制,目前PES已经成为生态经济学和环境经济学的前沿研究领域和热点问题。对ES的研究是PES研究的必要基础,文本按照ES研究和PES研究的起源与发展、ES和PES的含义以及分类对已有研究成果进行梳理之后,在生态系统和生物多样性经济学(TEEB)的框架下,概述了PES的治理目标、构成要素及作用机理。
Payment for Ecosystem Service （PES） is a kind of mechanism that motivates people to provide additionalEcosystem Service （ES）, which has become the research frontier and hot issues in both ecological economics andenvironmental economics. And the research about ES is the necessary foundation of the PES research. Based on the existingliterature, this article illustrates the origin and development of Ecosystem Service and Payment for Ecosystem as well as theirdefinitions and categories. Under the framework of The Economics of Ecosystems and Biodiversity （TEEB）, we also take anoverview of governance objectives, components and funding and action mechanism of PES.
